BRIDGETTE WELLER-BROWN - PROPS MASTER

MISSION STATEMENT
My role involves finding and making the props to be used within the film. With everything involved in filmmaking: actors, sets, costumes, special effects etc. it's easy to overlook the small details. A good prop can enhance the audience's immersion in a film, while a bad one can pull you out of an experience. My goal is to keep the viewer inside the world, using props as an unsung hero, suiting the aesthetic of 'The Light'. I plan to be organised and prepared through research, collaboration and extensive list making. A good prop can represent character, to the point where it becomes inseparable from their identity (see Ben's pocket knife in the film). I plan to source ideal props, organised well.
